Next Gen: The Manchester City Sports Business Programme is the innovative new summer sports business programme for teens. You will not learn to play, you will learn to lead.
Sport can teach you about leadership, life, and being a curious, accomplished and emotionally intelligent human being. This educational programme for 15 to 18 year-olds takes place across London and Manchester in an immersive two weeks that will jump-start your career ambitions, life learnings, leadership foundations and an understanding of the expansive world of sport.

The programme provides behind the curtain access to an elite team and the sporting industry at large. The curriculum is organised around key pillars of sport, business and personal growth. Each day will focus on a theme, from leadership to entrepreneurship, or a deep dive into psychology or branding.
Your course leaders will guide you through the topics and introduce you to special guests who are athletic icons, industry experts and cultural insiders. You will be let into the mindset of elite athletes and an English Premier League club: Manchester City.
