He was born and educated in the Netherlands and prior to joining City Football Group, has worked in various global executive positions over the last twenty five years, including Nissan Motor Corporation gaining partnerships with the UEFA Champions league, the Rio Olympics, the International Cricket Board, the NBA in China and most notably a partnership with Usain Bolt.

Born in Barcelona, Ferran has more than thirty years of business experience in twenty countries, in the industries of consumer goods, telecommunications, aviation and football. Holding executive positions, developing consulting projects, developing entrepreneurial ventures and investing. Since 2012 he has been the CEO of City Football Group. Ferran is also an author of a book published in more than ten countries and languages – Goal: The Ball Doesn’t Go In By Chance.
Chief Marketing & Fan Experience Officer, City Football Group
Nuria is Chief Marketing & Fan Experience Officer and joined the City Football Group in November 2015. Her role encompasses Content and Digital platforms, Fan Relationship Management (FRM), Fan Data and Insights, Retail and Brand. Nuria joined CFG after nineteen years of experience in the telecommunications, aviation and tourism and leisure industries. Her previous position was as CEO of the biggest ski resort in the Pyrenees, Grandvalira.
CEO, Women in Football
Yvonne became Women in Football CEO in January 2022. She began her career with Manchester-based charity GreaterSport, where she later became CEO and led the charity to being recognised by The Charity Times Awards and the Northwest Institute of Directors. In 2018 Yvonne became Managing Director for Project 92, overseeing the sport and education portfolio for the Class of 92. In 2020 Yvonne established sports consultancy StryveUK, alongside her work in a Non-Executive Director capacity, became a mentor for the Premier Leagues Elite Academy Manager Programme and is Chair of Foundation 92. Equality is a huge passion for Yvonne, from grassroots participation to the boardroom.
Leon Mann MBE
Founder and Managing Director, Refresh Sports Consultancy and Productions
Entrepreneur, activist, broadcaster, and filmmaker, Leon Mann MBE has devoted his career to bringing life to incredible stories throughout the world of sport. At the heart of his passion for the industry, his filming and campaigns present inspiring athletes, coaches, and sports executives with a platform to tell their piece. Leon is also working to enable inclusivity across the sport and media landscape, wholesale, by supporting content creators and advocating greater diversity within sport’s media and governance.
Co-Founder & Director at Rezzil
Andy is the Co-Founder and Sports Director for Rezzil, market leading VR training and cognitive development tool for elite football, installed in many top-tier football clubs. He has worked in sport for over ten years now, doing a wide range of roles related to data, analysis and performance. Andy’s career and knowledge took a real boost whilst working with Manchester City under Pellegrini’s title win in 2014.
Dr. Laura Crossley
Co-Programme Director, City Football Leadership Institute
Laura has fifteen years’ experience working in education, learning and programming and is currently part-time Director of a heritage charity. Prior to this, she held a senior leadership role at the National Football Museum in Manchester, UK, where she was the strategic lead for learning, programming, exhibitions, digital, and collections, and was responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with individuals and organisations in the football sector, including the Football Association.
Co-Programme Director, City Football Leadership Institute
Rachel brings fifteen years’ experience in learning and education. She has held senior leadership and consultancy roles in the learning, arts and charity sectors since 2013, across functions including strategic and financial planning, team leadership, fundraising and advocacy. She lectures for Sotheby’s Institute of Art, University of Cambridge, Royal Holloway, and University College London, among others.

Launch Programme Director, City Football Leadership Institute
As a leader and educator, Joe has worked across the charitable and education sectors, creating and delivering major projects and learning programmes. Most recently, he ideated and oversaw the launch of The Enterprise Studio, a creative business accelerator for Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and has developed learning programmes for pre-college, undergraduate and professional students. Joe holds degrees from King’s College London and the University of Oxford and is regularly invited as an advisor and speaker on educational innovation. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
