Jorgina is currently the Managing Director of Football Education & Recreation at City Football Group, having joined in 2018. She oversees all of the Football Education & Recreation activities of the group globally, focussing on strategy, new product development, commercial and operations, with teams in the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East. Jorgina is also a Board Member of City Sofive Soccer, a JV that operates multiple small-sided soccer centres across the USA.

A lifelong footballer, Romina started Girls United after graduating from King’s College London in 2016. Her company now works with thousands of girls across the UK and Mexico, and has partnerships with the likes of Nike and COPA90. Romina is a regular speaker on sports entrepreneurship and on the grassroots game.

Laura has fifteen years’ experience working in education, learning and programming and is currently part-time Director of a heritage charity. Prior to this, she held a senior leadership role at the National Football Museum in Manchester, UK, where she was the strategic lead for learning, programming, exhibitions, digital, and collections, and was responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with individuals and organisations in the football sector, including the Football Association.

Rachel brings fifteen years’ experience in learning and education. She has held senior leadership and consultancy roles in the learning, arts and charity sectors since 2013, across functions including strategic and financial planning, team leadership, fundraising and advocacy. She lectures for Sotheby’s Institute of Art, University of Cambridge, Royal Holloway, and University College London, among others.

Kath joined City Football Group on the Graduate Scheme, having previously worked in the sports industry as a tennis coach and sports camp manager. In her time at Manchester City, Kath has worked on a number of projects, ranging from IT system implementation to Manchester City’s digital art NFT drops.

Dan is a professional basketball player who, having previously experienced homelessness, turned his life around to represent England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Katee works in strategy at Pentagram and has fourteen years’ experience specialising in brand strategy, sustainability and social impact. She’s also the founder of Hackney Laces, a community club for girls and women in East London that teaches football and life skills. In 2018, Katee was recognised as BBC Sports Personality of the Year Unsung Hero for London.

Kris Lewis is Esports Manager at City Football Group. He is responsible for the oversight of City Football Group’s professional esports players, driving commercial growth of the esports division, exploring and developing new esports and gaming initiatives, and leading Manchester City’s ground-breaking partnership with esports heavyweights FaZe Clan.

Ryan has been a FIFA Esports Player for Manchester City since 2019 having previously played for Hashtag United and Excel Esports. Ryan has played at the top-level of FIFA since 2017, holding the record for most FIFA eClub World Cup qualifications and qualifying three times for the ePremier League Finals. Ryan has also worked with the likes of EA Sports, Red Bull and Facebook Gaming.

Rob has been a writer and journalist for a decade. He moved into football in 2013, becoming the Bleacher Report’s Manchester City Correspondent, and in 2015 was appointed Sports Reporter at the Manchester Evening News. A year later he moved to Manchester City where he is currently Head of Editorial, a role that sees him manage the club’s written content across website, app, matchday programmes and books.

Brian has worked at City Football Group for nearly five years, starting as their Football Insights Data Scientist, before moving into the role Director of Insights & Decision Technology. Prior to this, Brian was at Bolton Wanderers Football Club in three different Head positions; Analytical Development, Player Recruitment, and Performance Analysis.

Michael Russell has worked in television and video production for twenty years, spending the last thirteen of those at Manchester City. Prior to moving to the North-West, he grew up in Tottenham, North London and gained a BA Hons in Television Production from Middlesex University. He’s worked in broadcast television on shows such as Big Brother and Soccer Aid. Michael is currently the Head of Production at Manchester City and manages a team of more than 30 creatives including producers, editors and designers. His team delivers billions of video views every year and spends their time obsessing about what a global football audience wants to watch.
