Claire Kelly has forged a career in working at the cutting edge of consumer and fan-led data, analytics and insight. Claire has previously led Insight teams both client side and consultancy side in the Grocery Retail sector, before making the move into Sports and Entertainment 6 years ago.

As General Manager of Gemba’s European business, Claire oversees all client engagements across UK, Europe and the Middle East and is incredibly passionate about the role Gemba is playing in bringing a deeper understanding of fan attitudes and behaviours within Men’s and Women’s Sport.

Prior to working at Gemba, Claire was Chief Operating Officer at Sports Intelligence Agency Twenty First Group.
