Director, Women’s Sport Lead at Futures Sport & EntertainmentShalina has a wealth of UK and international experience within the sports business industry. Her specialist subject is international media consumption, expertise she has put to good use whilst working with the Women’s Sport Trust on the growth and visibility of women’s sport in the UK and when supporting the NFL with growing their brand and fandom internationally.
A passionate watcher of sports since her earliest memories of standing on the seats at Stamford Bridge, her first foray into the business of sport was helping organise the Kicking & Screening Soccer Film Festival in New York in 2013. This work started a journey that has led to her becoming a member of the 2023 Sports Industry Group NextGen 30 under 30 programme.
