Competition Terms and Conditions:
The Prize Draw commences on Monday 17th June at 08:00 BST and closes on Sunday 30th June at 23:59 BST. To enter the Prize Draw, complete the entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Prize Draw is open to participants aged 13 years or over at the time of entry. One winner will be selected at random from valid entries, and will receive a 2023/24 Manchester City home shirt, signed by Jack Grealish.
The winner will be notified via email on week commencing 1st July. Winners may be required to complete and return an eligibility form stating their age and valid delivery details.
Employees and immediate family members of employees of City Football Leadership Institute and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Prize Draw.
