Acquiring and managing talent in academy football is a comprehensive Masterclass designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively identify, acquire, manage, develop, and retain talent within an academy environment. The programme offers vital insights into how these fundamental areas are priorities for establishing on and off-pitch success.

He moved to Brentford where he worked as Senior Professional Development Coach and Head of Player and Coach development.
