The Acquiring and Managing Talent in Football masterclass has been designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively identify, acquire, manage, develop, and retain talent within a high-performance sporting environment. This masterclass offers unrivalled insights into how these fundamental areas establish on-pitch success, but also the lucrative revenue that is generated through the transfer market and selling of players.

Masterclass Delivery
Masterclasses will be delivered via a one-day in-person experience in central London, followed by ten hours of online content that will be split across multiple two-hour live virtual sessions.

Coaching Pathways Manager, Premier LeagueWith almost two decades of professional football experience, Jon has held senior coaching, leadership, and director positions at several football clubs. Jon spent over 10 years at Luton Town, working his way from Academy Player to U18 and Reserve Team manager at the club. He moved to Brentford where he worked as Senior Professional Development Coach and Head of Player and Coach development. - Online Content Schedule: two-hour live virtual sessions:

- Thursday 2 May, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
- Tuesday 7 May, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
- Tuesday 14 May, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
- Thursday 16 May, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
All live virtual sessions will be recorded and made available to masterclass participants after the session has taken place. Dates and times listed may be subject to change.

Whilst attendance of these virtual sessions is not mandatory, participants that do attend live will have the benefit of being able to engage with the course leader and guest speakers during the session.
